Lockheed Martin MFC is seeking a Software Engineering intern to support the Engineering and Technology (E&T) business unit within the Software Engineering group. This role will involve supporting the development of solutions for nuclear safety systems and/or precision guided systems.
Requirements
- Coursework or practical experience with C /C++
- Coursework or experience reading schematics, debugging, or integrating software applications with embedded hardware, etc.
- Coursework or practical experience with Computer Architecture, microprocessors, microcontrollers, and/or digital design.
- Coursework or practical experience with Object Oriented programming / design (OOD).
- Coursework or practical experience with Java / Python.
- Coursework or practical experience with FPGA design.
- Knowledge of agile design.

- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program pursuing a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree, or similar.

- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
- The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $29,598 - $64,168.
