- Cloud (AWS) development
- CI/CD(GitLab) development
- IAC(Terraform) development
- Monitoring/Observability tools and technologies
- Integration of security into CI/CD pipelines
- Automation scripts, frameworks and cloud configurations
Responsibilities
- Participate in DevOps discussions and implement automation solutions on real projects
- Work with a team to produce well-rounded DevOps solutions
- Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion
- Analyzes and defines software requirements to determine specifications and standards
- Develops, designs, and edits original automation scripts, frameworks and cloud configurations, or modifies existing automation code in GitLab
- May specialize in one or more areas of DevOps including IAC, Cloud, CI/CD or Monitoring/Observability
Other
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering
- Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques
