GE Healthcare is looking to design and develop software components and solutions for their Surgery Imaging products, requiring assistance in the design, implementation, testing, and verification of these complex imaging systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent major
- Sophomore year minimum
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to identify issues and regressions with sub-components used in Surgery imaging systems
- Triage software defects (with guidance of senior engineers) to identify root cause and implement solutions.
- Verification and Validation of software design and requirements, including supporting engineering builds and testing
- Reliability analysis of components and systems
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Prepare documentation to capture software designs and requirements
- software implementation and testing of Imaging sub-systems and components including analysis, simulation, documentation, prototyping, testing, verification, and integration of software.
