Cvent is looking to solve the problem of improving their software solutions and the tools used to build those solutions by hiring interns who can contribute to the company's continued success and gain hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Full-time college student with plans to graduate in May 2027 (summer between Junior & Senior year).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
- The desire to make contributions to the company that will be used by current and future full-time employees.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Most importantly, a successful candidate will be passionate about technology.
- Keeping up with the latest advancements in the industry; spending time creating, building, and exploring with technical projects; an inquisitive attitude in regard to the workings of hardware and software; and overall, simply having fun and finding enjoyment in the field.
Responsibilities
- Work on large scale, cloud-based applications, where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical design goals.
- Gain experience with different database technologies, ranging from traditional relational to the latest NoSQL products.
- Work in a collaborative, team-based environment in an Agile environment.
- Identify and resolve issues related to customer experience.
- Analyze the functionality of our web-based software platforms, mobile devices, and backend systems.
