Parsons is seeking Software Engineer Co-Ops to work with a cyber team, participating in an Agile Scrum development life cycle to solve complex problems for US government customers in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
Requirements
- Experience working in a Linux command line environment
- Experience with Python, Java, or C/C++ programming
- Experience with Python
Responsibilities
- participate in an Agile Scrum development life cycle including design, peer review, test support, and documentation of software.
Other
- Must be majoring or minoring in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security or related field
- Must have a GPA 3.0 or above (out of 4.0 scale)
- Proof of US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Strong ability to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and interaction with other team members
