CME Group is looking for motivated and talented students to help solve complex challenges in financial technology by working on ultra low-latency electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, and front-end trading interfaces.
Requirements
- Experience writing code in Java
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing services, specifically GCP
- Experience with GIT/Stash, IntelliJ, Linux/UNIX, JavaScript, REST API, SQL/Oracle, unit testing
Responsibilities
- write and maintain ultra low-latency electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, and front-end trading interfaces
- designing, building, and deploying customer-focused solutions
- building cloud infrastructure
- researching blockchain technologies
- taking ownership of new applications that can change the trading lifecycle
- work in the areas of back-end development, cloud computing, and/or automation
