Americold is looking for interns to gain hands-on experience and contribute to challenging, industry-specific projects within their supply chain operations, focusing on digital transformation.
Requirements
- Experience in developing digital transformation apps using AWS technologies like: Java, React, DocumentDB, AWS Technologies, PL/SQL, CloudWatch & GitHub.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Design Pattern
- You’ll gain hands-on experience working with technologies like Java, React, DocumentDB, AWS, PL/SQL, and modern web-based frameworks focused on digital transformation.
- Assist in designing and developing software solutions based on need and functional specifications.
- Help translate technical requirements into system designs and working code
- Works closely with Functional/Systems Analyst to develop and document technical designs from functional requirements/specifications, considering architectural, as well as programmatic aspects of the agreed-upon solution.
- Develops software based on approved design. Writes new programs or creates modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project requirements.

- Pursuing Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, listening and questioning for understanding
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute meaningfully.
- Understanding of supply chain and warehouse management
