Requirements
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Security and Spring Core frameworks.
- Familiarity with GIT and agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and tools relevant to enterprise software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in delivering software solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
- Oversee the integration of technologies including SQL Server, Spring Boot, and Microservices to optimize system performance.
- Provide technical mentorship and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including version control using GIT.
- Manage the development and deployment of RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in the insurance domain.
- Hybrid position requiring 2–3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Monroe Township, NJ.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
