Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of Software Development Engineers in the development customizations of the Dematic base software product
- Analyze and determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods to implement the required software solutions
- Analyze and coordinates levels of effort needed to complete complex software projects
- Ensure software code is properly developed, tested, archived, and delivered/deployed
- Provide management oversight to the execution of DiQ projects
- Develop resource staffing plans to support the executions of projects
- Identify and implement process improvements
Other
- Typically Bachelors Degree or advanced degree
- Typically manages non-exempt administrative or technical employees, and/or lower level exempt employees
- Demonstrates and applies broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations
- Demonstrates understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
- Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in a directly related field
