Applied Intuition is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team in developing challenging software for real-world deployment, aiming to accelerate the adoption of safe, AI-driven machines in various industries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years industry experience in software engineering
  • 2+ years experience in leading teams with varied backgrounds
  • Experience with deploying software to hardware components with rigorous verification and validation
  • Hands-on experience in deploying on-vehicle system in the real world
  • Working knowledge of frontend, API layer, containerization, or cluster orchestration frameworks (such as React, GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of talented engineers working together on exciting systems project
  • Ensure your team delivers high quality software that can fulfill the project requirements
  • Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus towards common project goals
  • Work closely with partners to ensure success on project milestones
  • Provide technical guidance to the team
  • Implement best practices for complex software systems
  • Oversee the deployment of software to hardware components with rigorous verification and validation

  • MSc in computer science or related field from a top institution
  • We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
