DSG is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to enhance digital experiences and AI tools by guiding a team of developers, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and driving the development of scalable web and mobile applications.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with React and mobile app development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of .NET / C-Sharp and backend services.
  • Understanding of AI agent development and Python coding
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience leading development for a customer-facing digital website is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers focused on the company’s digital experiences.
  • Drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable web and mobile applications using React, mobile technologies (iOS/Android), and .NET.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and drive digital feature development.
  • Translate technical concepts and progress into clear, accessible language for stakeholders across departments.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and help troubleshoot complex development issues.
  • Balance hands-on development responsibilities with leadership, coaching, and project management.
  • Champion continuous improvement, modern development practices, and team collaboration.
