Transcard is looking to solve the problem of developing and delivering high-quality, next-generation payment products by leading a team of software engineers in a cloud-native architecture environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional development experience using .Net technologies.
- Previous experience leading a team of software engineers.
- Expert-level proficiency in the following languages and tools: .Net, C-Sharp, SQL Server.
- Solid and deep understanding of the following languages and tools: .Net, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive experience in designing enterprise high volume transactions deployed to a Cloud environment (Azure / AWS / Cloud).
- REST API experience.
- Direct experience using Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all development work in cloud native architecture.
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers in a high-volume, secure application environment, ensuring consistent delivery and performance.
- Guide the team in leveraging Azure cloud-native technologies, while being proficient in C-Sharp and SQL Server development and architecture.
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively participating in coding, architecture discussions, and the development of key components.
- Architect systems and frameworks, recommending suggested solutions by collaborating with engineering stakeholders.
- Assist in defining application development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
- Assist software engineers, the IT Operations team, and business teams in resolving problems with application systems.
