The Entra ID platform team is dedicated to continuously improving the platform to ensure scalability for both enterprise and consumer scenarios as the service evolves.

Requirements

  • 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable, highly available cloud services or distributed systems on platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or comparable cloud environments, with production ownership and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • 3+ years of experience building systems with emphasis on reliability, durability, and operational efficiency, including experience with live site operations, incident response, and performance optimization.
  • 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate accountability in developing and maintaining the service.
  • Proactively enhance resiliency, reduce latency, and ensure product reliability, while advocating for engineering best practices.
  • Leading engineering projects focused on high-scale distributed services, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion.
  • Formulate and prioritize comprehensive engineering plans for your team, and foster effective collaboration with partner organizations.
  • Hire, lead, mentor and retain a diverse team of excellent engineers.
  • Deliver success via empowerment and accountability.
