  • Oversee the delivery of data pipelines and ETL processes to support integrating data between systems.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Product Management, and multiple scrum teams.
  • Champion Agile principles to ensure predictable, iterative delivery and rapid response to changing priorities.
  • Build and nurture high-performing engineering teams through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
