Requirements
- 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 7 year of experience leading security teams.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- hardware and software security experience that has served in roles that led teams responsible for threat analysis and mitigation for On-Prem or Cloud deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop the long-term Security technical outlook, posture and roadmap for our product.
- Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Oversee systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and review product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Oversee Firmware, Driver, OS, Network and Services security work.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or Executive Security leader.
