Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications
• Oversees the implementation, support, and maintenance of software applications
• Designs, creates, maintains, supports, secures, and manages backup/restore procedures for all databases
