The company is looking to solve the business problem of developing innovative vertical solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based systems for enterprise use cases.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Experience with large-scale system design, networking, security, data compression, user interface design.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
- Advise the technical strategy and execution for developing innovative vertical solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based systems.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability for all AI-driven projects.

- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience working in a multiplex organization (preferred).
