Requirements
- 8 years of experience coding in one or more general purpose languages.
- 3 years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in developer productivity.
- Experience in building and deploying fullstack applications and servers.
- Experience in project and dependency management.
Responsibilities
- Drive a multi-year CI/CD roadmap, working closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads.
- Lead the design and development of full stack interactive release management infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in user research, design, and product to understand release needs.
- Grow technical leadership within the team, leading to innovation and execution.
- Build an exceptional team culture, from the ground up.
