Salesforce is looking for a hands-on PMTS to drive complex cross-cloud integration scenarios and AI tooling initiatives across Salesforce’s ecosystem, focusing on web development, foundational integrations, and tooling for seamless experiences across Clouds.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Demonstrated experience building large-scale web applications
- Strong background in functional or imperative programming languages (PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, C, Java)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, algorithms
- Experience with performance optimization and scaling
- Solid computer science fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-cloud integration design and implementation across Salesforce products.
- Ensure technical excellence, performance, and maintainability across integration layers.
- Develop and scale AI tooling to enhance platform availability, observability, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and Performance teams to define and deliver scalable integration patterns and frameworks.
- Ensure technical excellence, performance, and maintainability across integration layers.
- Collaborate with architects and PMs to design reusable, performant, and extensible components.
- Design and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into engineering health, velocity, and regression tracking.
