Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. is looking for a Software Engineering Senior Advisor to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications, leading the design and development of large-scale, complex systems and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using frameworks with Java/J2ee technologies Spring framework, Spring Boot, Restful Services, Kafka and Database.
- Lead the design and development of large-scale, complex systems using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for the team.
- Oversee the architecture and design of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools for potential adoption.
Other

- Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus four years of experience in software development or a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience in software development.
