Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of test management tools, such as HP Application Lifecycle Management or Quality Center
  • Thorough understanding of business, functional and technical aspects for applications assigned portfolio
  • Thorough understanding of application landscape (e.g. application architecture, physical and logical deployment, interfaces, dependencies) for applications in assigned portfolio
  • International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Foundations Certification
  • American Society for Quality Certified Quality Improvement Associate
  • Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API testing tools)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide testing teams in requirement and design reviews.
  • Oversee and guide the creation and execution of test scenarios and test cases.
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of defects.
  • Report testing status via test summary and defect reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Lead planning and execution of end-to-end testing across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Develop automated performance and load testing scripts to validate system scalability, when necessary.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Fifteen years of experience in testing and quality assurance processes, including three years’ experience leading testing initiatives
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Must be able to work onsite five days a week
