Requirements
- Expert knowledge of test management tools, such as HP Application Lifecycle Management or Quality Center
- Thorough understanding of business, functional and technical aspects for applications assigned portfolio
- Thorough understanding of application landscape (e.g. application architecture, physical and logical deployment, interfaces, dependencies) for applications in assigned portfolio
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Foundations Certification
- American Society for Quality Certified Quality Improvement Associate
- Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API testing tools)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide testing teams in requirement and design reviews.
- Oversee and guide the creation and execution of test scenarios and test cases.
- Manage the tracking and monitoring of defects.
- Report testing status via test summary and defect reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Lead planning and execution of end-to-end testing across multiple systems and platforms.
- Develop automated performance and load testing scripts to validate system scalability, when necessary.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Fifteen years of experience in testing and quality assurance processes, including three years’ experience leading testing initiatives
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week
