Babylist is looking to scale its technical systems and create a user-friendly storefront to support Babylist Health's goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a high-performing engineer
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that drive business growth
- Experience in Ruby on Rails and React
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare payments, or consumer applications is a plus but not required
- Strong systems thinking and curiosity
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to create new features in health
- Independently execute on cycle-long projects that are shaped for you or shape and execute on couple-week-long projects
- Level-up the team by asking questions on PRs and providing insightful reviews
- Demonstrate strong systems thinking and curiosity, always looking for ways to improve how things are done
- Build systems to scale Babylist Health to $100M in revenue and beyond over the next 3 years
- Become a subject matter expert within our health services, defining how these services and features will grow and scale
