Varonis is looking for an Escalation Engineer to investigate customer issues with their data security products and provide timely resolution, while coordinating with support and development teams. The role involves analyzing large amounts of data from IT technologies and developing solutions to address complex customer problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience of proven development experience in C-Sharp & .NET technologies
- Proven experience with SQL DB and writing store procedures
- Web application development experience
- Understanding and experience with multithreaded programming.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issues
- Create and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic tools
- Take ownership of escalations and drive towards resolution
- Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other internal groups
- 20% of your time will be focused on development of code solutions and 80% will be focused on troubleshooting and analysis of product issues
- Coordinate with other engineers from various product components to deliver success
- Create and improve documentation to train support engineers to resolve support cases
