Vericle Pacific Inc is looking for Help desk support specialists to provide technical assistance and support related to Vericle software, answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- One year software product Help Desk experience, preferably in client support of Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) software and/or Medical Billing service
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
- Must have a mobile data plan as a backup
- Must own a PC with at least 8 GB of memory
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user problems
- Work together with our software support and account management teams to solve client problems
- Build a shared Help Desk knowledge base
- Create short user training videos and training presentations
- Document problem solutions (upon completing mandatory on the job training)
- User Training
- Train users on a one on one basis regarding the use of the system
Other
- Interact with Vericle customers
- Train customers to use the Vericle system
- Solicit client referrals and testimonials
- Figure out the objectives of the users’ actions and their obstacles
- Respond to basic medical billing questions (upon completing mandatory on the job training)
- Host Webinars weekly for clients
- Patience in asking questions to understand the root cause of the problems
- Empathetic to customer needs
- Outstanding teamwork, positive "Can-Do" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Must be in a quiet environment
- Must be comfortable working the US business hours
