Global Payments needs to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for both internal and external customers to ensure they can effectively utilize the company's solutions.
Requirements
- Become proficient with a minimum of two ERPs and three products.
- Experience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation
- Experience with Student Information Systems (Banner, Colleague, TouchNet)
- Relevant Training certification.
- Proficient in multiple products and technologies; good understanding of cross-functional dependencies
- Ability to dissect and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences
- Ability to tailor training content to meet audience requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products.
- Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved.
- Follow up to ensure continuous improvement.
- Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.
- Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation and adult learning models.
