System Innovators is seeking a Software Implementation Manager to lead the overall implementation program of their Enterprise Revenue Management solution for government and utilities clients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of project management tools and software packages.
- Enterprise technology delivery
- Develop a functional and technical understanding of solutions in order to assist with and/or complete system implementation tasks.
- Document and review functional / technical specifications and gain approval from the customer
- PMP / PMBOK certification are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project and manage execution to plan
- Run client kick-off, planning and design meetings
- Participate in regular, internal and external project management meetings
- Handle internal and external project status reporting
- Manage to project scope on time and on budget
- Run customer functionality workshops
- Guide customers in designing the solutions configuration applying best practices and for maximizing business benefits
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related field from an accredited institution
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Software Implementation Manager or equivalent experience in an IT field.
- Ability to operate well in fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Operational, technical marketing and management skills
- Must be a good communicator
- Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability
- Government contract and delivery experience preferred
- 30% travel required
