- The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time period of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks.
- Facilitate daily management for the Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings.
- Identify and optimize processes for better productivity, assist in deploying the PSA system, and provide technical support during go-live.
- Oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement.

- Based in Eastern Midwest (IN, MI or KY)
- At least 2 years’ of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude, demonstrating a willingness to assist multiple teams.
