Implementing and optimizing software solutions, primarily HubSpot and Blaze, to meet business requirements and ensure successful deployment and adoption of business systems.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Nimble, etc.) and their respective product suites
- Experience with software integration, business analysis, or CRM administration
- Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms (Zapier, PieSync, custom integrations)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficiency in HubSpot reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs) preferred
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize HubSpot and Blaze based on business requirements
- Execute software implementations from planning through go-live
- Set up workflows, automation, integrations, and custom fields
- Perform system testing and quality assurance before deployment
- Document configuration changes and system specifications

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and processes
- Create functional specifications and process documentation
- Provide technical support for system users and troubleshoot issues
- Create user guides, documentation, and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
