Responsibilities
- Proactively engages with business owners and operators, passionately communicates the value of our platforms to elevate their pool management processes.
- Conducts onboarding calls and meetings, attentively listens to client needs, and delivers compelling web-based demonstrations showcasing the prowess of our software.
- Adheres to dynamic activity metrics, incorporating calls, emails, and on-site visits to pool facilities.
- Coordinate with software support ensure customer retention on software programs.
- Develop and provide training on both software and best use business practices.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable with both in person and virtual customer interactions.
- Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building expertise.

- This role also will require occasional light travel.
