SpotOn is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join their Integrations team to help restaurants and small businesses compete and win with flexible payment and software technology.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
- Experience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plus
- Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to restaurant staff on how to use integrated systems effectively and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Manage the integration implementation process, including coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and restaurant stakeholders to ensure successful integration deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Understand complex client questions surrounding restaurant management and the systems that support their goals
- Identify clients needs and help them use specific features
- Monitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer success
Other
- set up of accounts, training of staff and managers on the use of the product via Zoom, and monitoring the account until it is through the trial period.
- excellent communicator (written and verbal) who's able to earn our clients' trust.
- Knowledge of restaurants and how they operate is a bonus!
- Successfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer's go-live date
- Logging notes and tracking progress throughout implementation
