Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Software Integration and Test Engineer to join their Ground Systems Software Integration and Test team to ensure the quality and functionality of revolutionary systems.

Requirements

• Experience in software integration and testing with the ability to translate requirements and design documents into test cases
• Experience with modern Automated Testing Frameworks such as Robot, PyTest, JUnit, or similar
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline automation
• Experience testing applications in Kubernetes environments
• Experience generating automated test reports through pipelines
• Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Gitlab

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and software designs to create effective integration test cases
• Perform integration and troubleshooting of software components
• Develop and execute software tests using established testing frameworks
• Collaborate with software developers to enhance test coverage and improve software quality
• Leverage Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing processes
• Generate detailed reports from automated test results within CI/CD pipelines
