Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Software Integration and Test Engineer to join their Ground Systems Software Integration and Test team to create comprehensive integration tests, develop and execute software tests, and automate testing processes.
Requirements
- Experience in software integration and testing with the ability to translate requirements and design documents into test cases
- Experience with modern Automated Testing Frameworks such as Robot, PyTest, JUnit, or similar
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline automation
- Experience testing applications in Kubernetes environments
- Experience generating automated test reports through pipelines
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with Gitlab
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and software designs to create effective integration test cases
- Perform integration and troubleshooting of software components
- Develop and execute software tests using established testing frameworks
- Collaborate with software developers to enhance test coverage and improve software quality
- Leverage Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing processes
- Generate detailed reports from automated test results within CI/CD pipelines
