JT4 is looking to create new, powerful, holistic data analysis environments for their test engineers, scientists, and analysts to support timely, decision-quality reporting to their customer. This involves integrating existing software applications and analyst-developed scripts into a broader architecture.
Requirements
- Familiarity with JavaScript, C-Sharp, Python, Matlab, and Windows environments
- Ability to lead dynamic, complex technical projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of engineering to provide consultative services on development programs and in the design and development of systems and components
- Knowledge and skill sufficient to apply the latest developments in engineering to solve complex problems in the specialty area
- Working knowledge of computer systems and computer-based engineering tools
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems from a broad perspective
- Familiar with computer-based management tools
Responsibilities

- creating technical drawings, documentation, and instruction content
- communicating with stakeholders and end users to ensure their use cases are met and that they understand how to engage with new features
- Assist in establishing technical, administrative, and procedural guidelines to meet the needs of the Enterprise in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Manage technical performance of work assigned to the department
- Maintain current operational status information and assessments on projects, budgets, and development plans
- Evaluate and make adjustments in procedures or reassign priorities to projects/tasks as needed to keep all activities on schedule and within budgetary limits

- 8+ years of subject matter expertise in the applicable analytical field
