S2 Global, an OSI Systems Company, is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to support the deployments of CertScan Integration Platform Software for new product launches and existing upgrades, and to resolve complex and critical configuration issues.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on software development support experience.
- Strong Technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven working experience in Java and .Net development.
- Knowledge and/or working experience with Cloud and Open Source technologies like Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), AWS and Microsoft Cloud and Windows applications.
- Knowledge and/or working experience deploying software stacks of a high availability system, such as containers, microservices, and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge and/or working experience with Relational Database Management Systems (MS SQL Server, PostGreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS, S3, E2C or other cloud technologies
Responsibilities
- Support in all phases of the SDLC within an AWS DevOps environment.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Troubleshoot and identify root cause, drive improvements, and preventive measures.
- Document standard operating process and deploying/troubleshooting guides.
- Lead complex technical discussions with a variety of groups, including Software and Systems Engineering, Operations, and Senior Management.
- Deploy software stacks of a high availability system, such as containers, microservices, and Docker/Kubernetes.

- Travel up to or more than 50% (National or International).
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Have had or can get a US Clearance.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. MS degree preferred.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
