Stuller, Inc. is seeking to support customers through hands-on training and education for their digital design solutions, specifically Gemvision's 3D CAD software, to ensure customers feel confident using the software in real-world applications.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) with hands-on experience in design or drafting workflows.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and supporting users of varying skill levels.
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of additional design or engineering software is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assist instructors during in-person and virtual CAD training sessions.
- Prepare training materials prior to class events, including workstation setup, sample files, tutorials, and handouts.
- Monitor participant progress during sessions and provide feedback to instructors to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training content to ensure alignment with course objectives.
- Create, record, audit, and monitor customer-facing Online Academy platforms to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support LMS platform modernization initiatives.
- Conduct GV Manual Certification audits.
