The company is looking for a Software Platform Developer to administer and configure UKG Telestaff and WFM modules to align with organizational needs, manage user access, security roles, and workflows, and oversee system integrations.
Requirements
- Administer and configure UKG Telestaff and WFM modules
- Manage user access, security roles, and workflows
- Maintain data security by following best practices and organizational policies for permissions and access.
- Oversee system integrations with internal HR and payroll systems.
- Perform manual data imports, exports, and updates between UKG and other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users.
- Escalate issues to UKG support as needed and ensure timely resolution.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure UKG Telestaff and WFM modules to align with organizational needs.
- Manage user access, security roles, and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain data security by following best practices and organizational policies for permissions and access.
- Oversee system integrations with internal HR and payroll systems.
- Perform manual data imports, exports, and updates between UKG and other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users.
- Develop and generate customized reports (time & attendance, payroll, compliance, etc.).
Other
- Support audits and maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.
- Recommend system improvements, optimizations, and upgrades to business teams.
- Lead implementation of UKG product updates, new features, and best practices.
- Test system upgrades and enhancements to ensure proper functionality and alignment with requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for both new and existing staff.
