Solventum is looking to redefine and envision the end-to-end Service Advantage technical solution to improve customer experience and drive large-scale process efficiency.
Requirements
- 7 years' work experience in large, cross-functional, complex IT projects (business perspective)
- Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries
- Master’s Degree
- Strong background in transactional lean process redesign and improvement
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management skills
- Strong understanding of customer support processes and ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Redefining / Visioning the end-to-end Service Advantage technical solution that improves customer experience while simultaneously driving large-scale process efficiency
- Develop a systems / software 3-5 year improvement roadmap that aligns with the Service Advantage business strategy
- Drive detailed operational scoping of technical work and prioritize technical initiatives based on return value while developing a hopper of software opportunities that drive towards our future state goals
- Partner with IT in leading transformational AI and automation opportunities
- Support a technical continuous improvement culture that drives meaningful iterative improvement leveraging system changes and automation opportunities
- Lead the business technical team through appropriate and thorough requirements documentation planning while partnering with various Solventum IT teams to define projects, size, project plans and align / deliver timely, well-scoped improvements.
