RentVision is looking for a Software Product Designer to help shape the future of their marketing and revenue management platform by delivering thoughtful, user-centered product experiences.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar design tool), including component libraries and prototyping features.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design — from concept to shipped experience.
- Experience collaborating within agile software development environments.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and prototype visual product solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and supporting assets in Figma.
- Participate in peer design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet design quality and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and QA to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development.
- Maintain and help evolve our Figma-based design system to ensure scalability and visual consistency.
- Guide decisions around design tools, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
- Communicate design rationale and direction clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Other
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably for SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset.
- This is an on-site role based in our Lincoln, NE office.
