@Gov is modernizing how governments and institutions deliver secure, verifiable services in the digital age. The Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle – market analysis, product strategy, development, launch, and optimization while ensuring our ordering experience is efficient, secure, and aligned with both client and regulatory needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, ideally with ordering, workflow, or payment platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a digital product.
  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and SaaS lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder products.
  • Familiarity with ordering payment platforms, digital credentials, or e-signature technology.
  • Knowledge of government security and compliance standards (SOC 2, GOVRAMP, FedRAMP, FERPA, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for ordering platform delivery.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform platform direction.
  • Translate government, higher-ed, and institutional needs into product requirements.
  • Define and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) with engineering and design.
  • Prioritize features and backlog items to balance client value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee product releases, QA/UAT, and post-launch performance monitoring.
