@Gov is modernizing how governments and institutions deliver secure, verifiable services in the digital age. The Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle – market analysis, product strategy, development, launch, and optimization while ensuring our ordering experience is efficient, secure, and aligned with both client and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, ideally with ordering, workflow, or payment platforms.
- Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a digital product.
- Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and SaaS lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder products.
- Familiarity with ordering payment platforms, digital credentials, or e-signature technology.
- Knowledge of government security and compliance standards (SOC 2, GOVRAMP, FedRAMP, FERPA, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for ordering platform delivery.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform platform direction.
- Translate government, higher-ed, and institutional needs into product requirements.
- Define and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) with engineering and design.
- Prioritize features and backlog items to balance client value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee product releases, QA/UAT, and post-launch performance monitoring.
