Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Agile software delivery principles
- Proven experience creating and maintaining digital product /software roadmaps and program backlogs
- Ability to develop and analyze perform financial models and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated experience translating business, stakeholder and customer needs and advocacy into products and/or solutions
- 3 years of Scrum Master or Product Owner experience.
- 5 years of related work experience in Agile product development.
- Related business and requirements management in digital system development and/or project/product management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, managing, and prioritizing the Epic and Feature backlog for multiple agile software delivery teams—from ideation and business case development through product realization—by defining benefit hypotheses, identifying value metrics, and reviewing and accepting completed work.
- Creates, maintains, and communicates the product strategy, vision, and portfolio roadmap – providing visibility to future product concepts and technology needs while aligning , and program backlogs to software delivery teams, senior leadership, and executive management
- Leads all forms of customer research—qualitative, quantitative, and immersive—to confirm customer value and inform product decisions, engaging directly with customers in clinical settings and shaping customer experience strategies to ensure customer-centric product solutions.
- Leverages customer research and insights to identify market needs and opportunities, gathering and evaluating ideas from customers, trade shows, competition, channel partners, key opinion leaders, and teammates to inform the product portfolio.
- Develops and maintains the economic and financial models, partnering with finance to assess new projects and ensure solution(s) deliver stakeholder value and meet return-on-investment guidelines
- Owns the voice of the customer and uncovers opportunities for new end-user value, driving product differentiation throughout the development cycle and determining minimally viable features that enable continuous value creation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and other Agile teammates to build the right solutions and prioritize non-user features such as architecture runway and non-functional requirements – while balancing customer needs technical risks, scope, cost and timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required, MBA or MS preferred.
- Ability to lead, direct and empower teammates without formal management authority
- Strong consultative, listening, communication and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
- SAFe product manager certification preferred. First or Second level Scrum Product Owner Certification (PSPO I/II) preferred.
