Anduril Industries is looking to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology, specifically in the area of expeditionary cyber capabilities.

Requirements

  • Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges and risks
  • A deep enough understanding of basic front-end and back-end web technologies, networking, and data systems to consider capabilities and limitations
  • Experience or interest in Offensive Cyber
  • Experience working with government, defense, Cyber customers, with familiarity in DoD procurement and acquisition processes
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance helpful but not required
  • 5 - 10 years in software product development, with at least 3 years in a hands-on Product Management or Program Management capacity

Responsibilities

  • Build Expeditionary Cyber Solutions. Develop tools and capabilities that extend Anduril's Lattice OS to solve unique customer problems in the command and control of cyber assets, the planning and execution of offensive cyber missions, networking, and remote asset management in far-edge environments.
  • Execute. Work hands-on to deliver new capabilities across the lifecycle of the product, from initial release and onboarding, through day-to-day improvements.
  • Define solutions. Identify potential features that will accelerate Anduril’s goals, increase our ability to quickly scale, and create an excellent end user or developer experience.
  • Prioritize and plan. Set clear outcomes for your portfolio in partnership with your engineering, design, and business partners.
  • Communicate vision and execution strategy. Proactively communicate goals to internal and external leadership and manage expectations of delivery.
  • Own the Customer relationship. Engage with customer engineering & program management teams to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met, artifacts & communications are delivered, and business development opportunities are identified.
  • External storytelling. Work with business development, proposal, marketing, and compliance leads to communicate product capabilities externally.

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5 - 10 years in software product development, with at least 3 years in a hands-on Product Management or Program Management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams
