Requirements
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks and agile methodologies
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and MES systems, and their role in factory operations
- Experience building or integrating factory scheduling, production planning, or manufacturing optimization software
- Knowledge of advanced scheduling algorithms, optimization, or digital twin concepts
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for factory scheduling software
- Gather and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and release scheduling features and integrations
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and impact on factory efficiency
- Manage the product backlog, balance priorities, and ensure timely delivery of releases

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for enterprise or industrial software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
