To define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of software products within Allstate’s Health Solutions organization, maximizing customer and enterprise value
Requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Experience working with engineering and design teams to launch scalable, compliant, and user/customer centric features
- Experience working with APIs, data verification systems, and third-party providers preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, AzureDevOps, Rally, Figma, Amplitude or similar
Responsibilities
- Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team
- Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction
- Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy
- Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out
- Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations
Other
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 7+ years of product management experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to solicit and document business requirements and translate requirements into product backlog and roadmap
