DCS Corp is seeking a Software Product Manager to support PEO Digital, assisting customer product line managers with the day-to-day operations of developed applications and ensuring applications meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in customer facing technology.
- 2+ yrs. experience of leveraging testing and research techniques such as A/B testing, usability, and/or other customer research techniques.
- 1+ yrs. tactical experience with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Looker (or tools with similar functionality).
- 2+ yrs. experience with agile and lean methodologies.
- Experience with the full product development lifecycle, with success managing medium to large size products through various phases, from vision to launch.
- Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience synthesizing data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition, monitoring, and communication of key performance indicators (KPI)’s for your product area.
- Assist in the creation of the product roadmap process, including defining the sequence of the roadmap an assuring that the initiatives within the roadmap align with the appropriate corresponding business objectives and metrics.
- Assist in defining and documenting product specifications and user stories to enable efficient implementation of new or enhanced features.
- Partner closely with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, Creative/UX/UI, and product teammates to execute against our roadmap objectives.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to continually improve our product in ways that matter most to our users and have the biggest impact on our KPIs.
- Experience with the full product development lifecycle, with success managing medium to large size products through various phases, from vision to launch.
- Leveraging testing and research techniques such as A/B testing, usability, and/or other customer research techniques.
Other
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced tech-savvy organization.
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to the senior leadership level.
