Anduril Industries is looking for a Software Product Manager to own and elevate how they deploy and maintain customer hardware within the Forge platform, accelerating the delivery and sustainment of hardware.
Requirements
- Five to seven years in software product development, with at least two years specifically building workflow software
- Demonstrated success decomposing a problem into addressable component parts and arranging the correct sequencing
- Proven ability to “see around corners” by crafting product strategy for 6-12 months into the future
- Comfort in maturing a product from MVP to enterprise-grade production
- Familiarity with the hardware-related industries, such as supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics
- Experience with UI / UX web design tools (e.g. Figma)
Responsibilities
- Developing the roadmap for Forge’s deploy and maintain domain
- Managing stakeholders’ requirements (Deployment Operations, Technical Operations, Hardware Product Management, Quality, Logistics, etc.) and synthesizing them into a prioritized backlog
- Communicating across stakeholders and interested parties on Forge’s development and roadmap
- Integrating Forge with surrounding business applications and ensuring total compatibility with data models across systems
- Discovering and incorporating new technologies that enhance Forge’s operational leverage
- Driving adoption and enablement of Forge across operations and business teams
- Aligning Forge’s roadmap against targeted business outcomes

- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical comfort
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
