Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is looking for a Senior Technical Resource Manager to act as a senior lead on complex software development projects, ensuring project deliverables are met while managing team progress and providing client support. The role involves analyzing and solving complex project-related problems across various domains like finance, scheduling, technology, and methodology.

- Strong technical background (systems infrastructure experience preferred)
- Thorough understanding of software engineering and project management principles
- Advanced proficiency level with MS Office products
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes master plan to ensure project deliverables are met while managing and monitoring team progress.
- Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations.
- Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, production activities, and necessary support resources.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience)
- PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (strongly preferred)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management and leadership
- Government contract experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong mentoring skills
- Strong customer relations, leadership, and interpersonal skills
