POOLCORP is looking for a Software QA Analyst II to execute testing procedures to ensure software meets established quality standards and performance specifications, and to provide technical leadership on complex projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on software test design and software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software development and test methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for analysis, reporting, and data correlation.
- Experience testing SOAP and REST web services using tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
- Designs and builds test scenarios and acceptance tests across complex systems and multiple components.
- Develops and enhances the test infrastructure and CICD frameworks used across teams.
Responsibilities
- Executes quality improvement testing and activities across multiple systems and environments.
- Ensures products meet design requirements using industry recognized quality and safety standards.
- Prepares and reviews test strategies, plans, suites, and cases.
- Isolates, reproduces, tracks defects, and verify fixes.
- Identifies risks, quality issues, and errors in complex multi-component systems.
- Provides reporting on defect tracking and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Investigates customer problems referred to QA by the technical support team.

- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Effective working independently and in an Agile scrum environment.
