Requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing comprehensive test plans based on user stories
- 2+ years of experience developing automated test scripts
- 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipeline QA tools such as SonarQube or Fortify
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Experience working with DevSecOps specialists
- Experience using the Ansible Automation Platform to automate testing and deployment of containers
- Knowledge of Site Reliability approaches and tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases specifically for cloud-native applications and services
- Focusing on identifying defects related to scalability, security, and performance across major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
- Work closely with developers and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, validating solutions built with technologies such as Java and Rust
- Generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs
- Document the results and communicate defects to the development team
- Expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automation, performance, and usability
- Advocating for quality improvements within a dynamic cloud-first development paradigm
