Requirements
- Proven experience in manual web application testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and using tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Create and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing across different environments.
- Analyze and report test results, and document defects clearly using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand features and technical implementation.
- Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough root-cause analysis.
