Ensure that the product has high quality, defined by the conformance of requirements and customer usage.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge (LINUX and WINDOWS commands, Zephyr Scale Test Management, Gherkin Syntax, API REST calls, networking)
- 3+ years in a Quality Assurance related position.
- 3+ years working in an Agile environment.
- Moderate troubleshooting ability for hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
- Follow and improve the OpCo’s Test strategy.
- File defects based on poor requirement conformity or poor end-user experience.
- Maintain traceability of defects using Zephy Scale and Jira.
- Automate test scenarios and build out additional automation capabilities.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) ceremonies and Scrum Ceremonies.
- Perform demos for stake holders.
Other
- This role is hybrid will need to be on-site in our Greensboro, North Carolina office.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field.
- Strong organizational skills for prioritization, reporting and skill building.
- Can appropriately document defects and work with the team to closure.
- Can appropriately estimate effort for work.
